This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

      Summary:

In the Java version, the animation of particles at the lightning rod is placed over the entire lightning rod (and sometimes even above it) and the particles do not just blink, but move a little. In the bedrock version, they appear only at the onion (leg) of the lightning rod and for a second, thereby almost not having time to move anywhere (vertically).

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place a lightning rod.
      2. Watch the animation of the lightning rod particles.

      Observed results:

Particle animation does not match the java version.

      Expected results:

Particle animation will be exactly the same as in Java.
