Sugar Cane item texture are not updated

      The sugar cane texture was updated on the latest Java snapshot, where it was changed to reflect the actual color of the sugar cane block. This causes a parity issue with Java Edition, where the sugar cane item texture on Bedrock is yet to be updated.
