This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the Java version, clicking on a copper block with honeycombs will emit particles and turn into a waxed copper block. It doesn't work in bedrock.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the non-waxed copper block.
2. Take the honeycomb.
3. Click on the copper block.

Observed results:

Nothing happened (but the block got waxed).

Expected results:

The block will emit particles and turn into a waxed block (and also a click with a hand).
