      A book and quill or written book cannot be opened while looking at any mob except piglins and piglin brutes.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Obtain a book and quill or written book
      2. Spawn a mob
      3. Stand close to the mob
      4. Attempt to open the book while looking at the mob

      Observed Results:
      The book cannot be opened.

      Expected Results:
      The book is opened.
