I have fought with technical support for months to no avail and haven't been able to access my realms for nearing 6 months. The rest of the users in my realm including the admin are able to access it. I know it is not a wifi issue. Now I cannot access marketplace either and it says to contact mojang if it persists but they still didnt help with the issue. The error simply states "Error Number -9". Please help me if you can or tell me how to fix it. Thank you!
