Zombies now don't spawn with armor.

      Note: this affects 0.13.1, but there is no option.

      Before the 0.13.1 update, you can spawn zombies with armor was quite common. After the 0.13.1 update I spawned over 100 zombies on hard mode with no success of getting a zombie with armor.
