Summary:

Pointed dripstone will not break but will pass through powder snow if the pointed dripstone is over powder snow.

If you place the pointed dripstone in several blocks (above the powder snow), only the lowest one will not break anyway.

This bug is not present in the Java version.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place powder snow.
2. Pass one block over powder snow and place any block on which you can place a pointed dripstone (stalactite).
3. Place a pointed dripstone (stalactite) on this block.
4. Break the support block.

Observed results:

Pointed dripstone will not break on powder snow, but will begin to pass through it.

Expected results:

Pointed dripstone will break when powder snow touches.
