in the most recent update of the game I have had an error. it happens that suddenly I get hurt especially if I'm in a high place, if that damage kills me, wherever it is it will tell me that I died from falling from a high place and when it reappears it won't let me grab my stuff from the ground unless I close the world and reopen it, if I do if I can catch them but they go further away from where they were and grab them seconds later
