Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to character creator and equip an outerwear. (I used the noble cloak)
2. Then equip a different arm. (I used the redstone arm)
Observed Results:
Outerwear goes flat and texture isn’t complete.
Expected Results:
Arm changes and outerwear doesn’t go flat
