In 0.13.1, my screenshot inconsistency.png shows an inconsistent opaqueness of redstone lamp. A lamp usually behaves as an opaque block, i.e. it can be strongly-powered just like any other opaque blocks. But when it's powered by a redstone torch below, it gets only weakly-powered.
