Pickblocking the Glow Item Frame gives you the regular Item Frame

      I tried this both on survival and creative, when I try to pickblock the Glow Item Frame from a wall it gives me the regular Item Frame. This is my first bug report, i'm sorry if the information provided isn't enough.
