unable to connect to friends

      I have been playing mincraft on ps4 for a while and unable to connect with friends on windows 10. I now have a computer and want to play with my friends windows 10 to windows 10 I've tried all the tricks on youtube but whenever we try to join each others world it says unable to connect.
