Clouds render in front of distant blocks/falling water

      UPDATE Added rain issues as well below

      When builds are in the distance, just at the edge of the render distance and become semi-transparent in the fog, clouds can now be seen through them, looking as if they're being rendered on TOP of the item. That OR clouds are being rendered beyond the fog and are easily visible through the blocks. It's jarring, definitely wasn't like that before.

      Note: This is on a realm, not tested in singleplayer

      Edit 3/12/21 Clouds also seem to superimpose over falling water, and rain does as well. In one of the photos below, I am standing with water falling in front of me on all three visible sides, yet the rain can be clearly seen in front of that. It almost looks like the rain is inside the falling water.
