      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new world with one of these seeds:

      Observed Results:
      The player spawns underwater.

      Expected Results:
      Players should only spawn on land.


      Original Description:
      players are able to spawn in water
      (found it in the latest version but it may be possible in others as well)
      I think it is a bug because the game should have tried to spawn me in a sand block near water or in a random non liquid water like all the other mobs(they are unable to spawn with water in their feet I dont mean the sand part)

      you can reproduce it by using the seed 1865037485 and spawning a bit in the seed if it doesnt happen first try
