When I switch from fancy leaves to fast leaves or the opposite I need to update the leaves by placing blocks around them to see the change.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place some leaf blocks
2. Go to Settings > Video
3. Enable/disable Fancy Leaves
4. Place a block on the leaves

Observed Results:
The leaves don't update until a block is placed.

Expected Results:
The leaves should update immediately after enabling/disabling Fancy Leaves.
