Sky doesn't flash when lightning strikes out of render.
How to reproduce:
- Summon a Thunderstorm
- Observe the Lightning strikes and sounds
Observed Results: When Lightning strikes out of render the sky doesn't flash.
Expected Results: When Lightning strikes out of render the sky should flash.
Note: In the video below the First Strike was in Render, but the Second one was out of Render.
