Items cannot be enchanted on anvil using an enchanted book.

      Items (sticks, bones, blaze rods, flint, etc.) cannot be enchanted on anvil using an enchanted book. Enchanting some items is necessary for making magic staffs and adventure map items, so please solve this bug quickly.
