Any boat I get into that's been spawned in since the world was created, moves as slow in water as it does on land. This has been an issue for me for over 3-4 months, no general fixes do the trick,(uninstalls, resets, new words, etc.) Also it persists through words, new, old, or imported. Haven't tested on any relms of others however,
