During Creative gameplay, my world crashed and when I reloaded, my entire build and complete sections of the world were deleted.

While building in creative mode my Minecraft game crashed, note that my graphic card (AMD Radeon RX 5700) and systems are up to date. When I reloaded the game the entire build and complete sections of the world were missing as referenced in Picture1 below. No attempts to restore the previously saved world file have been successful and now each time I load Minecraft, I have to reinstall C++ for Windows 10 because it crashes the software every time I try to play. When I load into the software I receive a notification that the graphic drivers are out of date and I have checked for driver updates and it says they are up to date. This message appears each time I log in. Sporadically, throughout gameplay (creative or survival), my display is interrupted and when it reloads I see only enemies on the screen (see Picture 2). This happens each time I play the game and is only resolved when I save and quit and reload only for the same error to occur again.
