Beacon Effect Particles are not transparent

      Beacon Effect Particles are not transparent. They look just like potion effect particles.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Activate a Beacon
      2. Use a Beacon Effect (Haste, Speed, etc.)
      3. Observe the Beacon Effect Particles

      Observed Results: The Particles Look like Potion Effect Particles.

      Expected Results: The Particles should be Transparent when using an Effect from a Beacon.
