Hi,
I'm need of assistance as I got performance, setup & subscription issues which impacts our playing experience on a regular basis.
Where do I direct the claim or get support to address our issues? Either works for me but I want to resolve the issues we're experiencing.
Minecraft bought via Windows Store directs supports questions to this forum but subscription is via Microsoft and any support article or chat bots on Microsoft are misleading or only links in circles back to the same start.
