PlayStation
I purchased the Washington DC (by lifeboat) world today and downloaded/installed.
The world does not work. At all. The template downloads and installs. Without changing any settings I then attempt to play the world.
The loading process starts. But then I get a "unable to connect to the world..." message.
Please, please, please note. There is a good internet connection. The PS4 diagnostics show that it is fine. Other online games work. Also without a connection I couldn't log into the game, visit the store or download any content.
The internet connection is good.
The PS4 operating system is up to date.
Minecraft is up to date.
There are no errors showing in the PS4 Error Logs.
When the error message displays I then click OK (the only option) but it does not result in any behaviour. I can wait 10 minutes and the game is "stuck". I have to then close the application.
I have deleted the world and re-downloaded from the store (via the in game menu) numerous times.
The process repeats exactly in exactly the same way.
I have deleted and re-installed Minecraft itself. Then re-downloaded the Washington DC world. The same process/message repeats again.
There is clearly a problem and I would like a solution or alternatively a refund.
Please note I am playing on PS4 and the version on screen is 2.20. So I don't know what the version number on this form relates to. Cheers.
