Summary:
This report applies to MCPE-36855 but does not duplicate it!
In version 1.16.220.50 (and in some of 1.19), z-fighting of clouds and full blocks have been fixed. But z-fighting still occur with some blocks.
Blocks that trigger z-fighting (I kind of double-checked everything):
- Big Dripleaf (curved tip only)
- Leaves
- Scaffolding
- Monster Spawner
- Sculk Sensor
- Stonecutter
- Anvil
Steps to reproduce:
- Build up to cloud level.
- Wait for the edge of the cloud.
- Place the block on the edge of the cloud.
Observed results:
Z-fighting occur between clouds and placed blocks.
Expected results:
There shouldn't be a z-fighting.
