Unidentified item with no name appears in Creative inventory

      Summary:

      In the "items" section at the very bottom there is a "broken block" that has no name and is not displayed in the hand. He has a few pixels texture in his inventory!

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create new world with toggle Caves and Cliffs ON.
      2. Switch to creative game mode.
      3. Go to the "items" / "all" tab
      4. Move on to the very last item.
      5. Take it.

      Observed Results:

      You will find an unknown item (empty or broken).

      Expected results:

      This item should not be in minecraft.

      Notes:

      When you enable "Education Edition", the item is in the nature tab.
