In the Marketplace, all packs show the ratings from the community. However, most ratings add up to 97% or 98%, instead of 100%. Another problem is that some packs (That have less than 5 ratings) don't show their ratings in the "Community Ratings" section. These are only minor bugs, but they should still be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Marketplace
2. Click on a pack with many ratings
3. Scroll down to the "Community Ratings" section
4. Add up the ratings

Observed Results:
The ratings add up to 97% or 98%.

Expected Results:
The ratings should add up to 100%.
