I log in in my first account and then accidentally log out

Then i log in with my other account then it works then i unlink and i try to log  in because into my first account

 Then it had error and it said this account is aready used

 other playstation account   i watch video they don't help at all  so i need help getting my first account back to it was before  that  accident
