This bug report is a parity issue with Java.
Summary:
In the Java version, when the player uses the powder snow block to summon a mob with a spawn egg, the mob appears inside powder snow. In the bedrock version, the mob will appear next to powder snow / on powder snow (depending on the side the player is aiming at).
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place powder snow.
- Take the spawn egg (any mob).
- Sight the powder snow (it doesn't matter on the top side or the side).
- Summon a mob (after hovering over powder snow).
Observed Results:
The mob will be summoned on the powder snow block / next to powder snow (depending on the side the player is aiming at).
Expected results:
Regardless of which side the player is aiming at - the mob must spawn inside the powder snow block (as in the Java version).
If the player is aiming at the bottom side - the mob will spawn with its head in powder snow) They should spawn with their feet in the block regardless of the side.
