This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

      Summary:
In the bedrock version, the freezing powder snow overlay does not have the translucent pixels that the Java version does when frozen.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Preferably go to both versions.
      2. Place powder snow.
      3. Enter powder snow.
      4. Wait completely freezing for an accurate result.

      Observed Results:
The texture after freezing in the bedrock version does not have translucent pixels, but the java version does.

      Expected results:
The texture should be the same.
