This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the Java version, for the fog to appear on the screen, it is enough for the screen to be even partially in powder snow, and in the bedrock, until you fully enter the block, it will not appear.

This causes a small problem - the player can see the inside of the powder snow (no fog).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place powder snow two blocks high.
2. Enter powder snow so that the screen in powder snow is only partially.

Observed Results:

The fog will not appear.

Expected results:

The fog should appear (as in Java).
