Ejecting a music disc and placing another quickly after might cause the first music disc to disappear. Ejecting the second music disc will drop the second music disc.

I assume that this only happens if you place the second disc in before the first one drops.

This has only happened on realms. I was able to recreate this on realms but not on multiplayer or singleplayer
