      You explore a savanna biome. In the biome, horses and other passive animals spawn, but donkeys do not.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Download and open the attached world
      2. Wait for a few minutes

      Observed Results:
      Donkeys do not spawn.

      Expected Results:
      Donkeys should spawn.
