When I open Minecraft windows 10, the mojang logo appears and right after the screen is frozen red and flashing, I tried to go back to previous versions and it worked, but when I update to the latest version it gives this error. I have already reported with support from microsoft and they were unable to resolve it, and they told me to contact you directly from mojang, I have already updated all my drivers, I have reinstalled it, I have put it as high performance, I have done practically everything. Please help me I paid for the game and I have full right to play, if the problem is not solved I want a refund.
