I'm not sure if anyone has reported this bug before but if in doubt I post anyway.

The Block Observer detects and sends a redstone pulse when there is a change of state in front of the block, right? Well with changing the direction of a rail it doesn't work you have to break it and replace the rail to have a redstone pulse like I did on the videos. I specify that on Java Edition it works!

I think this problem needs to be fixed!
