Can't use realms

      Checked privacy settings, everything allowed.

      Unable to join any realms or make my own. Says there is an issue with the privacy settings.

      Uninstalled game and reinstalled, nothing changed.

      Reset router and reset Xbox too

      Xbox live paid for and up to date

      Please help
