Brief explanation of bug the bug works when you quickly leave the inventory with a item in a slot or enchanted shield in offhand.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put item in inventory slot/hot bar slot or enchanted shield in offhand.
2. Close and Open Inventory Fast or Move an Item and Shield in the inventory
3. Repeat

Observed Results:
When a item is in the hot bar slot/inventory slot or a enchanted shield is in the offhand when moved the items have a white box around them and don't smoothly transition or when the inventory is closed or opened fast the items or enchanted shield doesn't smoothly transition to the hot bar.

Expected Results:
Items or an enchanted shield when moved when items are moved through the inventory or if the inventory is closed fast or opened fast should smoothly transition without a white box around the item or the items shouldn't glitch near the hot bar.
