I have been playing a world all in survival and all my hard work has just vanished into air, no one ever but me can access my account and I was playing the game last night and I log back on to see my world doesn't exist anymore and it annoys me that I can't play, all the hard world for what !

I use to have 6 worlds ans now I have 5, can you please do something to restore my hard work !!!!!
