my capes disapeared randomly after an update also losing my old character creator skin

      after installing the hot fix my capes dissapeared together with my character creator skin but my old school skin that had the pancape still had it but i cant get my 10th anniversary cape on any skins weird this happened before and an update fixed it but his happened for multiple updates now and they dint come back
