During a boss level, I travel a hovering yet moving platform across from the cannonball hazard to a square-shaped floor from the lava to up the same height as the hazard. The floor is on top of the tower.

When I travel to the next set of platforms, I misstep and fell to the lava. As soon I got up to the basalt block safely, the game crash. When I reboot, the platform vanished.

The platforms I described are entities with a fill command. Could be the cause of chain blocks that connect both of the three blocks' high structure.
