Summary:

I noticed that in the beta version with the camera shake disabled, the empty hand still sways.

This bug is not present in 1.16.201!

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Disable camera shake.
2. Select an empty slot.
3. Walk slowly.

Observed Results:

Camera wiggle still works (hand wiggles).

Expected Results:

Camera shake works correctly (as in version 1.16.201).
