      Summary:
A block above water cannot be set on fire in the latest versions, however (as in the case of MCPE-115037) this bug is not present in version 1.14.60.5! The block cannot be set on fire from the side. Also inconsistent with the java version.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place the block above water (or so the side you want to ignite is above the water).
      2. Set fire to the side of the block that is above the water.

      Observed Results:
The fire (as in MCPE-115037) appears for a second and then disappears.

      Expected Results:
The fire is on normally (as in 1.14.60.5 and below).
