Can't /give most Education Edition items

      I can't use /give to get:
      Chalkboard

      Heat Block

      Underwater TNT

      Underwater Torch

      Colored Torch

      Hardened Glass 

      Hardened Glass Pane

      Bleach

      Ice Bomb

      Super Fertilizer

      Glow Stick

      Sparkler

      Balloon

      (I can use /give to get Border,  Allow Block and  Deny Block) The rest i did not check because its in the creative menu
