Ambient glow squid particles are inconsistent

      The star-shaped glow particles that a glow squid makes appears very frequently compared to Java.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon a glow squid (inside water, so the particles appear)
      2. If you have Java Edition, summon one there as well (not required)
      3. Observe

      Observed Results:
      The particles appear very frequently. 

      Expected Results:
      The particles should appear less frequently.
