Create a new tool, use the tool on a block for example pickaxe and stone, the stone breaking animation starts then when it ends it doesn't actually break and the animation doesn't start again... if you keep pressing the block break button it doesn't break after i assume the time the animation would take to break.

This happens with axes and shovels too.
