      My friend is trying to sign in but every time he presses "Sign in with a Microsoft account", "Sign in for free" or "Sign in with a Nintendo account", it brings up a menu saying which multiplayer mode he wants (online or local) then he presses online, menu closes and nothing happened. He also has the Nintendo online membership.
