Breaking a jukebox with commands while it is still playing music does not stop the music, you have to stop the music disc from playing by relogging or stopping it by doing /music stop as a command. I tested this in a creative world, and tested it in survival, which also showed the bug. I do not know if this happens on Realms or servers, though.
