This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

      Summary:

In Java version, copper oxidation is now a random tick effect and thus affected by the randomTickSpeed gamerule. In the bedrock version, the randomTickSpeed does not affect copper oxidation.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place copper blocks.
      2. Set the randomTickSpeed rule to maximum (4096).

      Observed Results:

      Copper will not oxidize.

      Expected Results:

The copper will oxidize. (in the Java version, with the same value (4096), copper will oxidize in the first steel already in the first minute)
