      Summary:

      The stone cutter can only make carved copper blocks.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place the stone cutter.
      2. Put a block of copper into the stone cutter.

      Observed Results:

      Only cut copper block is available.

      Expected Results:

      All copper block recipes are available.
