This bug report is a parity issue with Java.
Summary:
In the Java version, powder snow doesn't slow players down in creative flying mode, but slows down in bedrock.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Turn on flight mode.
- Fly through powder snow.
Observed Results:
Powder snow will slow down the player in creative mode in flight mode.
Expected Results:
Powder snow will not slow down the player.
