When spawning a villager in Survival (cheat activated), villagers automatically spawn with a profession and won't change profession when a workstation is available (composter in my case) and there was no other workstation close. Spawning villagers were for example librarians or toolsmiths. Also seemed like no villagers were naturally spawning in the world.
