I dont know if anyone knows this or if this has been reported but i found out that whenever i mess with the new audio settings it causes the delay but when i keep it all at 100 then my delay is gone. Dunno how it works like that but ok

Edit: So basically in the latest update which is 1.16.201 there is a performance issue that causes delay. Im referring to the delay that causes your game to take like .5 second for you to move around. So i messed with my settings so i can somehow get rid of this delay then after messing with the video settings nothing changed so I just had the idea of resetting my settings it might work so I started of with the new audio settings then suddenly there was no delay so I was confused then experimented and apparently whenever I change any of the new sound sliders like blocks, friendly creatures, ambient, weather etc. etc. it causes delay so the new sliders are probably causing something thats adding delay to the game and might have to do something with the sound bug(sound bug gives latency to created sound on your surroundings)
I dont know if its just the device im using but this is what happened to me
